Spring Garden - North York

This condo kitchen transformation was all about opening up the space and improving everyday flow. By removing the original partition wall, we were able to maximize the kitchen footprint, expand cabinetry storage, and create a true open-concept layout that connects seamlessly with the living area. With the wall gone, natural light now travels through the entire kitchen and living room, making the home feel brighter and more spacious.

The new layout also gave us room to add a central island with seating, positioned to face the windows, so you can enjoy the city view while having your morning coffee or meals. We designed a circular pathway around the island, creating a much smoother circulation route than before and making the space feel effortless to move through. Finished with crisp white cabinetry and clean, modern lines, the result is a light, functional, and welcoming condo kitchen built for daily living and entertaining.
