Trowbridge - Oshawa

This project involved adding a brand-new bathroom in the basement and thoughtfully integrating it with the laundry area, maximizing every inch of a limited footprint. By using a gallery-style layout, we were able to create a clear, efficient flow that keeps the space functional without feeling cramped, an ideal solution for basement renovations.

The design focuses on a clean, modern aesthetic, featuring light tones, sleek finishes, and frameless glass to enhance brightness in an otherwise low-light environment. A streamlined shower, minimalist fixtures, and simple tile patterns help maintain visual continuity throughout the space.

To solve storage challenges, we incorporated a full-height pantry cabinet alongside the vanity, significantly increasing storage capacity while keeping the space organized and clutter-free. The result is a highly functional basement bathroom that feels open, modern, and seamlessly connected to the laundry zone to proof that smart planning can turn even compact spaces into well-designed essentials.
