Devonsleigh - Richmond Hill

We transformed this bathroom from closed-in and dated to modern, open, and spa-like by reworking the entire layout. The old enclosed shower and bulky wall were removed and replaced with a bright, oversized frameless glass shower that keeps the space feeling airy and clean. We also removed the original built-in tub and upgraded to a sleek freestanding bathtub, positioned right beside the large window so you can relax while enjoying the natural view and daylight.

For the design, we focused on a modern, clean aesthetic with a calm, uncluttered look. Matte black hardware adds a bold, contemporary contrast, while the vanity details keep everything minimal and refined finger-pull cabinet doors, streamlined lines, and smart storage. Finishing touches like an LED backlit mirror elevate the everyday experience with a soft, luxurious glow.

A fresh layout, cleaner sightlines, and upgraded fixtures—this bathroom now feels bigger, brighter, and beautifully functional.
